2.1 Anwendungsbereiche Temper- und Trockenschränke TRUS/T Application of TRUS/T and 160 Pre-Heating Ovens and Dryers Domaines d‘application pour les armoires de stabilisation et de séchage TRUS/T Campi d’applicazione armadi di malleabilizzazione ed essiccazione TRUS/T Temper- und Trockenschränke vom Typ TRUS 15 T, 30 T, 60 T und 160T sind eine Weiterentwicklung der bewährten TRUS-Baureihe zum Tempern von Kunststoffteilen. Die horizontale Luftführung und eine verstärkte Heiz- und Gebläseleistung gewährleisten eine optimale Temperaturverteilung. Sie eignen sich besonders zum Tempern von Kunststoff- und Gummiformteilen. Zusätzlich können sie zum Trocknen von Kunststoffgranulat, Vorwärmen von Halbteilen zur nachfolgenden Verformung, z.B. dem Tiefziehen von Kunststoffplatten, sowie zum Vorwärmen von Werkzeugen, Formen, Spinnpumpen und Düsenpaketen eingesetzt werden. Die Luftumwälzung erfolgt durch Gebläse. Alle mit der erwärmten Luft in Berührung kommenden Teile, sowie die Schubladen sind aus Edelstahlblech und liegen im Luftstrom. Da wir die Einsatzbedingungen unserer Produkte weder beeinflussen noch bestimmen können, kann eine Gewährleistung für die Dauer der Haltbarkeit und das Erreichen gewünschter Ergebnisse nicht gegeben werden! TRUS 15 T, 30 T, 60 T and 160 T Pre-heating ovens and dryers are an advancement of the proven TRUS-series for the annealing of plastic parts. The horizontal air guidance and improved heating and blower performance guarantee optimum temperature distribution. They are particularly suitable for the annealing of plastic and rubber mould parts. In addition they can be used to dry granulate, preheating plastic sheet prior to vacuum forming, as well as annealing of tools, moulds, spinning pumps and nozzles. Air circulation is by blowers. All parts including drawers in contact with pre-heated air are made from stainless steel. All drawers are subject to full air flow. Our guarantee does not necessaraly cover failure in service as we have no control or influence over operating conditions. We also except no responsibilty for subsequential loss! Les armoires de stabilisation et de séchage de type TRUS 15 T, 30 T, 60 T et 160 T sont une évolution de nos armoires éprouvées de la série TRUS, dans le but de stabiliser les pièces en plastiques. La circulation de l‘air à l‘horizontale, un chauffage renforcé ainsi qu‘un débit plus important de la ventilation garantissent une distribution optimale de la température. Elles sont destinées en particulier pour la stabilisation de pièces moulées en plastiques et en caoutchouc. Elles peuvent également être utilisées pour chauffer des granulés plastiques, le préchauffage avant déformation (par ex. le thermoformage des plaques en plastiques), ainsi que le préchauffage de moules et outillages de pompes à filament et des buses. La circulation s‘opère par des ventilateurs. L‘ensemble des pièces qui sont en contact avec l‘air chaud ainsi que les tiroirs sont en inox et se trouvent être dans le courant d‘air chaud par conduction forcée. Du fait que nous n’avons aucune influence sur l’utilisation de nos produits, une garantie au niveau de la durée de vie ainsi que l’obtention de résultats souhaités ne peut être donnée! Gli armadi di malleabilizzazione ed essiccazione TRUS 15T, 30T, 60T e 160T sono un ulteriore sviluppo della collaudata serie TRUS e vengono utilizzati per rendere malleabili particolari in materia plastica. La circolazione orizzontale dell’aria, assieme all’aumentata potenza di riscaldamento e del ventilatore, garantiscono una perfetta distribuzione della temperatura. Essi sono particolarmente adatti per rendere malleabili elementi di materia plastica o di gomma e possono inoltre essere utilizzati per essiccare granulato in materia plastica, per la successiva deformazione , ad es. l’imbutitura, di lastre di materia plastica nonché per portare a regime di temperatura utensili, forme, pompe da filatura e gruppi di ugelli. La circolazione dell’aria viene eseguita per mezzo di ventilatori. Tutti i pezzi che vengono a contatto con l’aria calda, così come i cassetti, sono realizzati in lamiera d’acciaio e risultano investiti dalla corrente d’aria, grazie alla circolazione forzata.
