ITAS is a final visual inspection system after sealing with an inspection time of less than 0,2 sec. It is currently availa-ble as a stand-alone and OEM version.

In-Tape analysing system

Main Features Atomised reel to reel system to analyse devices after ta-ping. All inspection data will be saved in a database. The system operates with reel diameters from 180 mm – 330 mm and a width from 8 mm – 32 mm. If other reels are requested, the system can be easily adapted. (TBD with customer) This system is designed as a stand-alone system, but can be used as an OEM system as well. Following criterias are recognised by the system: Missing devices, pin1 location, mark inspection incl. orientation, quality of the sealing and a 2 D lead inspection. Depending on the configuration the output of this system is higher as 40.000 devices/hour.
