HYDROTRANS BV Your Lift and Carry Specialists Since 1995 Technical specifications Hydrotrans 65G4 Introduction The Hydrotrans G series transporters can be designed to lift a wide variety of heavy loads, such as boats, steel tanks, containers, as well as steel or concrete pipes. The G4 series trailers are the simplest, fastest and most cost-effective hydraulic trailer available. The Hydrotrans 65G4 is specially designed to transport loads on 4 point cradles. However a variety of lift options can be designed to meet specific requirements. The 65G4 is a four wheel steering transporter. Hydraulic adjustable width is an option on all G4 transporters. The transporter can be towed by an agricultural tractor, or a forklift, or other suitable vehicle. Hydraulic power is normally provided by the tow vehicle. In this case, the controls for the transporter are mounted in the cabin of the tow vehicle. A hydraulic pump can be added as an option. All G series transporters can be modified or customized to suit customers needs. Technical specifications High Grade S355 Steel Capacity, 65.000 kg Frame, open U-designed frame. Wheels, 12 solid tires. Hydraulic cylinders, high quality cylinders with safety valves build-inn. Paint system, 2 coats epoxy primer and 1 coat 2 component topcoat, RAL 9001. Dimensions Height on lifting arms, 770 mm. Inside distance frame, 1850-2550. Lifting height lifting arms, 200 mm. Delivery The Hydrotrans 65G4 is built according to CE-regulations and is tested at the factory before shipment. All Hydrotrans equipment can be built to SAE Specifications.
