The Hydratron Hand Operated power pack incorporates the now well-proven Hydratron Hand Pump. Developed primarily for the pressure testing market, it has wetted parts manufactured from Stainless Steel making it suitable for either Oil or Water service. Power Packs can be supplied with either single or dual pumps fitted. When a single pump is fitted, a choice of 1,000 PSI (70 Bar), 5,000 PSI (350 Bar), 10,000 PSI (700 Bar), 15,000 PSI (1034 Bar) or 25,000 PSI (1724 Bar) maximum working pressures are available. When dual pumps are fitted, then either the 1,000 PSI (70 Bar) or the 5,000 PSI (350 Bar) pump is fitted along side a choice of high pressure pump, thus offering both high flow and high pressure capabilities in one unit. The power pack is complete with a 1 Gallon (4.5 Litre) capacity Stainless Steel reservoir, high pressure release valve and a 2 ½” (63mm) diameter pressure gauge. Optional extras include a high pressure isolation valve, 5 Gallon Stainless Steel tank and a pressure recorder port. The main outlet port is threaded 3/8” BSP Female on models having a working pressure of upto 10,000 PSI (700 Bar), above this pressure the pumps have a ¼” high pressure (9/16”-18 UNF) port.
