IDLERS A RANGE ADAPTED TO EACH APPLICATION Hutchinson idlers have been developed for demanding applications at small diameters. They have been tested on drives with hydraulic tensioners, On/O idlers and just as directly mounted idlers. There is a wide range of high performance idlers. Smooth and grooved with both concentric and eccentric mounting. Available with dierent bearing load capacity options. Polyamide (PA) or steel. Single raceway bearings (PA Idlers). Single or double raceway bearings (Steel idlers) Diameters according to the applications. RANGE Smooth or grooved PA idlers: grooved Poly V® or Flexonic® belt, K prole up to 6 ribs. Smooth or grooved steel idlers: grooved Poly V® or Flexonic® belt, K prole up to 12 ribs. ADVANTAGES High rotational speed. Low friction and power loss. Reduced belt motion and flapping. Weight and inertia improvements that result in better running behaviour. (PA Idlers) Demanding application use (dust), depending on the bearing type selected.
