Pivot diameter: 8mm Weight: 53g Max. load: 250 daN APPLICATION Tool is used to attachment ropes, slings and equipment during live working on overhead lines STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE The shackle should be stored to minimize the risk of damage due to storage or transportation. It should be prevented moisture. Use a dry tissue to clean. Use lubricants to shackle protect and maintenance. CHECK AND PERIODIC INSPECTION Before use, each shackle should be visually inspected by the user. An annual visual examination by a suitably trained person is recommended to determine the suitability of the equipment for further service. The visual check include inspection: o The generally condition of the shackle o The screw condition (free turn) Don’t use damaged, worn-out or dirty equipment in live working.
