The Hoover PolyCone combines the low cost and low tare weight of polyethylene with the strength and durability of stainless steel. Its reusable, corrosion resistant rotationally-molded bottle plus the 45 degree angled conical shaped bottom allows high viscosity products to flow easily and quickly. The PolyCone offers flexible filling, either from the top or bottom when vented and has a 260 gallon capacity. The PolyCone is manufactured in Hoover's ISO 9001 certified plant in Beatrice, Nebraska.

a. 6" fill cap with 2" threaded bung plug in center.

b. Stainless Steel outer frame with fork channels and 4-way forklift entry.

c. Rotationally molded, linear, sanitary, food-grade polyethylene bottle.

d. Bottom dispense mechanism with a stainless 2" or optional 3" butterfly valve with sanitary stainless fitting. Venting required when bottom filling and dispensing.

e. Notched leg design interlocks with other PolyCones and permits stable stacking.

f. 5" x 8" placard holder.

g. Ethylene propylene lid gasket.

Optional sanitary 2" or 3" 90° clamp-on elbow.
