Hoover is pleased to offer the Cargo Valve Liquitote (patent pending), which complies withDOT requirements for SP-12412 applications. This exemption (typically called the pump-off exemption) requires a bottom discharge emergency shut-off valve when discharging certain hazardous material from an IBC on a transport vehicle. This IBC features a 3" spring-loaded, flanged emergency valve.
