HOERBIGER Kugelsegment-Ventil mit hydraulischer Anschlagdmpfung und gekapselter Feder STEIN-Kugelventile gehren zur Baugruppe "Kugelsitz-ventile mit gefⴹhrtem, beweglichem Ventilglied". Die Grundform des beweglichen Ventilgliedes ist kugel-segmentfrmig. Die verwendeten Kugelsegmente bis 12 mm Durchmesser werden aus gehrteten, geschliffenen und polierten Stahlkugeln hergestellt. HOERBIGER Es ergeben sich klare Vorteile zu herkmmlichen, handelsblichen Ventilen: 1. Das Kugelsegment ist nahezu spielfrei im Ventilgeh习u-se gefhrt und wird axial laminar und mit relativ kleinen Druckverlusten durchstrmt. 2. Durch die verl鴠ngerte Halbkugel-Segmentform kann das Ventilglied einige Winkelgrade kippen, ohne daR dadurch das Ventil undicht, oder der Ventilsitz besch-digt wird. 3. Das geringe Gewicht (z.
