SEMI-AUTOMATIC

TOP and BOTTOM WRAP COUNTERS place additional film for extra load stability.

(AUTO mode only)

CARRIAGE SPEED allows you to select the amount of film coverage for your loads.

CARRIAGE AUTO/MAM AL allows for automatic or manual film application.

CARRIAGE RAISE/LOWER moves film carriage up or down. (MANUAL mode only)

SEMI-AUTOMATIC model (control panel shown) Operator attaches film, then pushes START button.

Turntable rotates and film carriage travels to top of load.

Photosensor "sees" top of load and programmed number

of top wraps are applied.

After top wraps are applied, film carriage travels

down to bottom of load where programmed number of

bottom wraps are applied. Turntable indexes back to

home position and stops.

MANUAL model (control panel not shown)

Operator attaches film, pushes TURNTABLE ON button, then pushes CARRIAGE RAISE button. After top wraps are applied, operator, pushes CARRIAGE LOWER button, applies desired number of bottom wraps then pushes TURNTABLE OFF button at home position.
