Track Systems

Ring segments combine with straight slides to build into an almost limitless variation of either open or closed circuits.Unidirectional or bidirectional bends can be negotiated depending upon the carriage used. Segments in all standard ringsizes are available in addition to straight slides up to 4 metres in length.

BOGIE CARRIAGE â–  Negotiates ‘S’ bends and differing bend radii. â–  Large platform for mounting purposes. â–  Adjustable axial/radial swivel bearings lubricated for life. â–  Accurate overall height. LUBRICATOR â–  Useful fixing holes provided. â–  Provides lubrication to the contact surfacesthereby increasing the load capacity and life. â–  Factory adjusted to suit track system. â–  Alternative screw fixing options. â–  Flanged and compact versions available. BLIND HOLE BEARING ASSEMBLY (CONCENTRIC) â–  Screws directly into mounting surface where accessto opposite side is restricted. STRAIGHT SLIDES â–  Precision ground on all important faces. â–  Hardened V faces for maximum wear resistance. â–  Soft centre section allows customising. â–  Central keyway provided for ease of locationand alignment. â–  Ground datum faces provided both sides as alternative means of location and alignment. â–  Available up to 4 metres long in most sizes. â–  Unlimited lengths can be achieved by butting. SEGMENTS â–  90Ëš and 180Ëš segments from stock. â–  Any length segment easily cut from standard size rings. â–  May be used independently or as part of a track system. DOWEL PINS â–  Locates in central keyway of straight side providingeasy method of location and alignment.
