Ring Systems

A useful range of nine different ring diameters comprising four different sections is available together with correspondingbearing assemblies. 90Ëš and 180Ëš stock segments are available in each ring size.

RINGS BLIND HOLE BEARING ASSEMBLY (ECCENTRIC) â–  Precision ground all over for optimum accuracyand concentricity. â–  Two screw fixing direct into mounting surfacewhere access to opposite side is restricted. â–  Hardened V faces for maximum wear resistance. â–  Soft centre section allows customising. â–  Datum location faces provided both internally and externally. â–  Gearcut option for ease of driving. â–  Through hole fixing or tapped hole fixing. BEARING ASSEMBLY (CONCENTRIC) BEARING ASSEMBLY (ECCENTRIC) â–  Two piece ground bearing with precision clearance. â–  Provides simple means of adjustment via centrehexagon or socket each end. â–  Zero play when system adjusted. â–  High rigidity. â–  Eccentric throw is sufficient to enable removal of ring without disassembly. â–  Two stud lengths available in each size. â–  Provides datum reference for the system. FIXED CENTRE CARRIAGE â–  Low cost mounting platform for your components. â–  May be used with ring, segment, or unidirectionaltrack system of common bend radius. â–  Incorporates lubricators for increased load/life. â–  Accurate overall height. â–  Keyway location facility. â–  Useful fixing holes provided. ADJUSTMENT KEY AND JACKING FACILITY (for use with track system curved segments only) â–  Easy alignment to adjacent straight side. â–  Overcomes minor inaccuracy in positioning.
