The horizontal bending machine Inspekt BL 50kN-6000 provides the customer with the opportunity to bend cylindrical specimens with a maximum weight of 1000kg. The specimens can be moved into the machine on a transporting device. There a lifting system (option) takes the specimen and moves it to the testing position where it is clamped in. The clamping can be realised in a way that makes it possible to rotate the specimen around its own axis with the help of a drive. Furthermore, the machine can be equipped with a bursting strength module. With this the customer can carry out internal pressure and leakage testing by filling the specimen with compressed air. For the detection of leaks within the superfi­cies surface during the leakage testing it is possible to provide the machine with mountings for ultrasonic detectors.
