StreetSmart™ Drinking Fountain3500FR Model 3500FR is a StreetSmart™, freeze-resistant,"Hi-Lo", vandal-resistant, barrier-free pedestal drinking
fountain with a green powder-coated finish. Push button
pneumatic operated freeze-resistant valve system
installed below frost line allows fountain to function
year-round. Pedestal, access door and arm are
constructed of corrosion-resistant Type 304 all welded
heavy-duty stainless steel. Bowls are integral 3/8" cast
stainless steel which prevents removal. Bubblers are
chrome-plated low profile forged brass with 3/8" NPS
mounting shank with vandalproof locking pins to prevent
turning. Waste strainers are designed to allow insertion of
a garden professional hose for top down unobstructed access for
waste clean out. Easy maintenance is possible through a
large access door (6" x 22") with heavy-duty hinges and
5/16" square key locks. All exposed fasteners are pinned
socket type. Ideal for installation in highway rest areas,
parks, correctional facilities and other vandal prone
locations.Model 3500FR meets current Federal Regulations for thedisabled including those in the Americans with
Disabilities Act. Haws manufactures drinking fountains,
electric industrial water coolers and electric drinking fountains to be
lead-free by all known definitions including ANSI/NSF
Standard 61, Section 9, California Proposition 65 and the
Federal Safe Drinking Water Act.Components:
Bubbler Head: Model 5703M, polished chrome-platedforged brass, integral basin shank, shielded, anti-squirt,
vandal-resistant bubbler head.Valve: Model 6518.2FR, reliable, dual valve, fullyengineered system with pneumatic freeze-resistantoperated cocks installed below frost line to drain water tonon-freezing depth allowing fountain to functionyear-round. Assembly can be lifted to surface andlowered back into casing for easy maintenance withoutdisturbing the fountain.Waste Strainer: Model 6452 is a polished chrome-platedbrass waste strainer with three vandal-resistant pinnedsocket screws and wrench for screws.Push Button: Model 5881PBA, polished chrome-platedpush-button requires less than 5 lbs. to activate.Bottom Plate: Model PBM1035, 10 gauge aluminumbottom plate with vandal-resistant screws for Model
1035.Accessory: Model 0002981127, 5/32" hex wrench withhole to accommodate pin in socket screw.Access Door: Model DOORP, 3/16" 304 stainless steel6" x 22" with heavy duty hinges, and 5/16" key lock,
green powder-coated finish.Key: Model 0002049640, tee handle door key for largeaccess panel on 3500 series pedestal drinking fountains.
