Barrier-Free Wall Mounted Electric Drinking FountainH1001.8

Model H1001.8 electric drinking fountain provides 8 gph ofchilled water. It is manufactured in Type 304, 18 gauge Stainless Steel, with satin finish. The back panel and grille match the finish of the fountain. This fountain features a round sculpted bowl where the bubbler and push button are polished chrome-plated. The slots on the grille are designed to eliminate any sharp edges, and they are small enough to prevent intrusion from fingers or objects. The grille is also backed with a foam filter that protects the fan motor and compressor from dust and debris. Model H1001.8 includes fountain with back panel, grille, mounting frame, vandal-resistant bottom plate, front adjustable valve, 1-1/4" O.D. waste arm and 8 gph chiller. The refrigeration system is balanced to provide low energy usage and a longer life assured by utilizing a high displacement compressor, a counterflow cooling evaporator/chiller, efficient capillary sizing, a large capacity dryer-strainer, and a fan-cooled condenser with maximum heat exchange. 115V, 60Hz. Environmentally friendly R134a refrigerant is controlled by calibrated capillary tube.Capacity is based on ARI standard rating conditions of 80°Finlet water temperature, 90°F room temperature, 50°F drinking water temperature.Model H1001.8 meets all current Federal Regulations for thedisabled including those in the Americans with Disabilities Act.Haws manufactures drinking fountains, electric water coolers and electric drinking fountains to be lead-free by all known definitions including ANSI/NSF Standard 61, Section 9, California Proposition 65 and the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act.Components: Bubbler Head: Model 5705, sculpted, polished chrome-platedbrass, shielded, anti-squirt, integral basin shank, vandal-resistant bubbler head features laminar flow to preventsplashing.Valve: Model 5874, patented* lead-free forged brass, pushactivated, front accessible for stream adjustment and servicing,replaceable pressure regulation control cartridge. (Patent No.6,981,692).Waste Strainer: Model 6463 is a satin chrome-platedvandal-resistant waste strainer with anti-airlock draining feature.Includes fiber washer and 1-1/2" locknut, 1-1/2" NPS.Push Button: Model PBA6, flanged push button assembly hasa polished chrome-plated finish. For flush mounted (not recessed) push button fountains.Back Panel: Model BP6, satin finish stainless steel back panel. Bottom Plate: Model PBM1000, stainless steel bottom plate for1001 series "swirl" bowl bracket.Accessory: 0006983506 Spanner wrench is used to removethe PBA6 and PBA7 push button cover used with the 5874 valve. Also used to remove retaining ring for replacing the cartridge and screen ( VRK5874 kit) in 5874 valve assembly.Mounting: Model MTGFR.SM, small mounting framemanufactured of heavy gauge galvanized steel with pre-punched mounting holes. Mounting frame may be shipped prior to chiller and fountain for rough-in installation.Chiller: Model HCR8, chiller provides for instantaneous coolingto meet a continuous demand for chilled water.
