Die neuen einbaufertigen Heißkanal-systeme H4015/...ergänzen das umfangreiche HASCO-Programm an montierten Normsystemen, Einbausystemen und heißen Seiten um eine weitere interessante Komponente.Die Systeme werden in engerAbstimmung mit dem Kunden durch HASCO individuell ausgelegt, konstruiert und gefertigt. Die Düsen werden gemäß dem bewährten HASCO Einbauprinzip schwimmend am Heißkanal montiert. Die Garantie für Maßhaltigkeit und ordnungsgemäße elektrische Verdrah- tung wird durch HASCO getragen. Weiterhin garantieren wir Leckage- freiheit zwischen Düsen und Verteiler.Das System vermeidet zusätzlichenAnschlussaufwand und garantiert einen reibungslosen Produktionsstart. Sie erreichen hierdurch eine Zeitersparnis bei gleichzeitiger Flexibilität der Plattenfertigung. Einfache Montage und Demontage. The new “ready to mount” hotrunnersystem H 4015/... is an interesting addition to the large HASCO hotrunner product range of mounted standardsystems, special systems and hot halves.This system is individually designed and manufactured according to thecustomers’ specifications in close cooperation with the HASCO hotrunner technicians. The nozzles are mounted in the system following the tried and tested HASCO design principle com- pensating for radial expansion of the manifold. HASCO guarantees all tolerances and the correct electrical installation. Moreover there is a leak proof guaran- tee covering leakage between the nozz- les and the manifold block.The system avoids additional wiringprocedures and guarantees an easy start of production.
