The Hartness GlobalLaner utilizes servo controls to accurately lane a variety of size and shape containers at high speed. Even at conveyor speeds up to 200 ft/min (60.96 meters/min), the Hartness GlobalLaner quietly and gently places containers in their respective lanes.

Containers are run through a telescopic guide that moves both back and forth, as well as side to side, in synch with the product. During the shifting process, the container is not clamped, and product flow is not slowed. The result is continuous motion product flow and the elimination of container to container contact and product damage.
