FT-3000 is a gas on-line continuous monitoring system based on fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, monitoring emission gas of S02, NOx(NO, N02), CH4i NH3i HCI, HF, CO, C02, 02, H20, and other components at the same time, and can extend other components such as S03, N20, etc. according to user demand. FT-3000 system has high measurement precision, wide dynamic range, low detection limit, is suitable for ultra-low emission monitoring. FT-3000 uses the "hot wet" sampling technology with the entire heat tracing above 180°C, avoids corrosion to the system in the process of condensation sampling effectively, operates continuously and stably, especially is suitable for on-line monitoring in harsh field of high dust, high humidity, high corrosion (e.g., incinerator). Infrared light passes through an aperture first, then through the filter into the interferometer, forms the interference spectrum, and then couple into the absorption pool. Light with multiple reflection in the absorption pool, transmission light focuses to MCT photoelectric detector through the optical lens. After detected signal of electric detector passes through preamplifier and main amplifier, interference figure will be amplified, filtered, digitized. Digital signal is further processed, the interference figure transform into single channel spectrogram. There is absorption of each gases in the specific location, and can show all the gas density information through the analysis of channel spectra. 0 Measuring S02, NOx(NO, N02), CH4, NH3, HCI, HF, CO, C02, 02, H20, and other components at the same time, and can extend other components such as S03, N20, etc. 0 The sampling probe adopts unique filtering particle method, good filtering effect, high blow efficiency, long probe maintenance period. 0 The entire heating above 180°C to prevent component loss of gas pollutant compositions from condensation. 0 A white cavity design, high signal-to-noise ratio, measuring optical path up to 13m, low detection limit, wide dynamic range, meet the requirements of ultra-low emission monitoring. 0 Using the least squares method and the PLS algorithm, selecting the appropriate wavelength range, can effectively eliminate the interference of H20 and other components. 0 Interior cavity mirror of gas cell is plated with gold, high reflectivity. Constant temperature to above 180°C, is applicable to industrial field. Protect gas purging, long gas cell maintenance period.
