The equipment has a standard steam frame on fixed side and punch side, in which the standard height for moving mold is 95mm, and for fixing mold is 240mm. There is no need to extra increase a standard steam frame for products at height of 180mm or below, so the mold making cost can be saved by approximate 30%. 3. Products at height over 180mm can be produced by heightening the standard steam frame. The heightened steam frame is installed at the back of the mold, which is free from space limitation. The height of steam chamber can be produced as needed, which can reduce the absorption and consumption of steam in chamber to the greatest extent. 4. Material filling gun and ejector of mold are installed on the quick changeover base in advance, then the molds well fixed and the quick changeover base will be pushed in completely from the back of equipment by guide ways and lifting tools. By a simple connecting device, molds can be fixed on the equipment quickly and conveniently, the stop period only lasts about 15-30 minutes in the whole installation process, which greatly improves the mold loading speed, reduces manpower consumption, and therefore increases the operating efficiency of equipment. The quick mold loading mode not only improves the loading speed, but also ensures the safety of workers maximally.
