Engineer and Operator Access

Real time clock to allow sequencer to start and stop the entire system. NB – When in the timed-off mode top-up control remains enabled to keep boilers warm. Timed/pulsed ‘cracked’, ‘open’, and ‘close’ signals to control boiler steam valve automatically. NB – The lead boiler valve normally remains open. Flow control (feed forward) Timed on-off Accepts 4-20 mA signal from a steam flow transmitter to modify the modulation signal and adjust sequence control accordingly. Control override Communications Enables next available boiler to be called in immediately when informed of significant load increase. Allow parameters from the sequencer to be read remotely and some parameters to be changed over a remote link. Provide signals for integration with boilerhouse System Manager and control system. Two control set points Can enable periods of operation at ‘normal’ or ‘set-back’ master pressure set points. Adjustable priority map Selection of lead and standby boiler sequence. Lead shut-off Enables reduced steam pressure and/or timed delay of restart of lead boiler (at periods of very low demand).
