OX-ray Line scan camera C9750 Series
Hamamatsu provides various industrial cameras specially designed for Internal In­spection using X-ray and observation of X-ray diffraction images. When to­tal inspecting, the X-ray Line Scan Camera is effective to which imaging of the large area can be high speed.

The X-ray Line Scan Camera is a high-sensitivity, high-resolution cam­era for imaging of the object which moves continuously. It is useful to finding out the foreign substance in an object in a wide range of fields, such as a food product or an elec­tronic component. It also offers a maximum effective area of approx. 7.4 meters (option).

Non-contact Measurement (Position)
OPosition Sensor C7339
Devices for detecting the 2-dimensional position of light spots. Besides di­rectly measuring the position of a laser beam, these devices can also be used for motion tracking and analysis by attaching infrared leds to the target object.
Position sensor C7339
This device directly measures the position of light spots such as laser beams and sunlight. Covers a spectral range from 320 nm to 1100 nm with a resolution of 1/5000.

This system used for motion tracking and analysis of a target object to which infrared LEDs are attached. Measures up to a maximum of 7 points without being affected by background light.
