2 40 Jahre HAM-Präzision in Schwendi-Hörenhausen 1969, im Jahr der Mondlandung, haben wir am 2. Oktober unser Unternehmen als Zwei-Mann-Betrieb gegründet. Für mich als Gründer der Firmengruppe waren dies bewegende und interessante Jahre. Ich bin dankbar, dieses Unternehmen seit nunmehr 40 Jahren zu leiten und heute mit den Geschäftsführern, meinem Sohn Andreas Marcus Maier und meinem Schwiegersohn, Günter Eberle, in dieser Zeit durch die Weltwirtschaftskrise führen zu dürfen. Über 600 Mitarbeiter in der HAM-Gruppe weltweit und weitere 500 Mitarbeiter in der TCM-I-Gruppe in Stainz/Österreich zeigen die Entwicklung der Firmengruppe und Verantwortung, die wir unseren Mitarbeitern gegenüber gerade in dieser schwierigen Zeit haben. Ich möchte heute allen meinen ganz besonderen Dank aussprechen, die am Aufbau, Ausbau und heutigen Stand der HAM-Firmengruppe mitgearbeitet, mitgestaltet und sich eingebracht haben. Mein Dank gilt zu allererst allen unseren langjährigen, treuen großen, mittleren und kleinen Kunden, die durch ihr Vertrauen und ihre Aufträge die Erfolgsgeschichte unseres Unternehmens ermöglicht haben. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der HAM-Gruppe in Deutschland und in unseren Werken in Frankreich, Schweiz, Tschechien. Der TCM-International in Österreich und weltweit und der HTCM in Ungarn danke ich für ihr großes Engagement, ihren besonderen Einsatz und ihre erfolgreiche Arbeit in den letzten 40 Jahren. Danken darf ich auch unseren Lieferanten, Beratern, den Vertretern unserer Banken, den Kommunen und den Vertretern der Wirtschaft und Politik, die uns, wenn wir um Ihre Unterstützung nachfragten, immer faire und erfolgreiche Partner waren. Seit 1. Oktober 2002 sind Herr Günter Eberle und mein Sohn Andreas Marcus Maier Geschäftsführer. Beide Herren waren vorher viele Jahre in verantwortungsvoller Stellung in unserem Unternehmen tätig und haben viel Erfahrung. Mit Ihnen zusammen wollen wir die schwierigen Zeiten erfolgreich meistern und in die Zukunft führen. Die große Wirtschaftskrise, die aus der weltweiten Finanzkrise entstanden ist, macht es uns, wie vielen Kollegen und Firmen, nicht leicht. Wir sind überzeugt, dass die Nachfrage nach unseren Produkten in verschiedenen Bereichen auch in Zukunft steigen wird, da diese zu einer großen Produktivitätssteigerung, wirtschaftlichen Fertigung, Rationalisierung und Optimierung in verschiedenen Produktionsprozessen zum Vorteil für unsere Kunden in hohem Maße beitragen. Höchste Qualität und Präzision und ständige Innovationen in der Präzisionswerkzeug-Technologie und anderen Komponenten sind die Grundlage für den weiteren Weg unserer Unternehmensgruppe in den nächsten Jahren. Den Geschäftsführern, Managern und Mitarbeitern in allen unseren Unternehmensbereichen im In- und Ausland danke ich für den großen Einsatz in den letzten Jahren und dass sie mir den Freiraum gaben, auch andere Aufgaben in und außerhalb des Unternehmens wahr zu nehmen. Gründer und Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter 40 years HAM Precision in Schwendi-Hörenhausen 1969, the year of the moon landing, we founded our company as a two-man-operation on 2nd October. For me as the founder of the company group these were exciting and interesting years. I have been conducting this company for 40 years and I am grateful to lead it now together with my managing directors, my son Andreas Marcus Maier and my son-in-law Günter Eberle through the global economic crisis. More than 600 employees of the HAM group worldwide and further 500 employees of the TCM-I-group in Stainz / Austria show the development of the company group and the responsibility towards these employees during the present difficult economic situation. I would like to express my special thanks to all who have worked, created and supported the build-up and development of the HAM group until today. First of all I would especially like to thank our long-standing, loyal major customers as well as our small- and medium-sized enterprises enabling our company’s success story by ordering and confiding in our company. Thank you for all employees of the HAM group in Germany, in our plants in France, Switzerland and Czech Republic. I appreciate the particular support and engagement and the successful work of TCMInternational in Austria and worldwide as well as HTCM in Hungary for the last 40 years. Many thanks also to our suppliers, advisers, the banks, the communes and the representatives of business and politics who have always been fair and successful partners whenever we asked for support. Since 1st October 2002 Mr Günter Eberle and my son Mr Andreas Marcus Maier are managing directors. Both of them have been working in a responsible position in our company since many years and have a lot of experience. Together with them we want to cope successfully with the hard time and lead the company towards a prosperous future. The big economic crisis which followed by the worldwide financial crisis is causing problems to us and to many other companies in this difficult time. We trust that the demand for our products in different sectors will rise in the future because our products contribute enormously to an increase of productivity, economic production, rationalization and optimization in various manufacturing process for our customers’ advantage. Highest quality and precision as well as constant innovation in the precision tools technology and other components are the base for our further way of our company group in the next years. I thank the managing directors, executive managers and employees in all our company sectors in Germany and abroad for their enormous engagement in the last years and for their support to give me spare time to follow other tasks in and outside of the company.
