The double rod cylinders of the
new Hänchen series 326 are
compact and smaller than they
used to be. But they are as powerful.
Their new outstanding feature
is the variably selectable
piston diameter, which allows
the piston surface area to be
customised. Just tell us, for
example, the force your system
requires, and we shall supply
In the past, high-quality test cylinders for demanding tests
were often designed larger than required, owing to the active
surface areas achieved thereby - resulting in problems with
peripheral devices.
Customised and Yet Ready-Made –
Premium Series 326
you with the matching test cylinder
from our modular system.
The first-class seal grades
Servofloat® and Servobear®
are included, depending on the
requirement.
A customised test cylinder for
high-dynamics applications in
the test sector, featuring an
adapted design in terms of addon
elements, valves, sensors,
pump, etc., all coming from our
modular system - this has now
been made possible by the new
Premium series 326.
Possible Qualities

• Servobear®
(see page 5)
It’s not only in the aerospace industry that test cylinders made by Hänchen are successfully
used in highly demanding, decisive situations. Test and inspection facilities are nowadays
an
integral part of the industrial production process. The typical applications of Hänchen test
cylinders include establishing
the mobile safety of vehicles, the operational reliability of
machines or the functional integrity of individual products, the testing of exhaust-gas
systems or the functioning
of airbags, and much more.
Test cylinders Ratio-Test®
Products under development
must also be tested along with
existing ones in terms of longservice
capability and reliability.
These tests are increasingly
being carried out in-house by
companies – for reasons of time
and cost. The fact that this is at
all possible is in no small way
attributable to Hänchen test cylinders.
Variable in terms of their
qualitative design and thus ideally
suited for almost any application,
they help make the
implementation of testing systems
possible for the most varied
tasks.
Economy Series 126 and 306
The quality of the test results always depends on the quality
of the test cylinders. Honed cylinder tubes, hard-chromed
and honed piston rods fitted with matching quality sealing
elements are the guarantee for a whole series of advantages.
The series 126 and 306 offer
many options: for example the
low-cost test cylinders as single
rod or double rod cylinder for the
wide application range of test
purposes up to 7 or 25 Hz, with
integrated or external position
transducer.
In order to guarantee a safe and
reliably controlled drive, Hänchen
test cylinders meet the highest
technical requirements. This
comes naturally to Hänchen and
has always been synonymous
with
• Particularly low fricton
• Optimum sealing capability
• Excellent response
characteristics
• Low wear factor
• Extremely high piston speed
• Low break-out torque
• Fatigue strength under
vibratory stresses
• Long service life
• Efficiency
Possible Qualities
• Servoslide®
• Servocop®
• Servofloat®
(see page 5)
Hydraulic hexapod with integrated inspection cabin:
Whether a stroke corresponds to reality is simulated by 6
test cylinders in Servofloat® quality. The challenge consisted
in the collision-free movement of all stroke
travel situations in constricted
space.
