PEM Industrial fuel cell Stacks ProFC ™

H
2 ECOnomy’s ProFC™ series PEM fuel cell stacks are designed for demonstration and study of fuel cell operation. Data Sheet Parameters by model

*

Maximum gas pressures (each channel) 2 bar gauge Allowable pressure difference between the two channels 0.1-0.4 bar

**

Acceptable ambient temperature 0 to +50 C Stack working temperature 50-70 C Stack maximal temperature Up to 80 C Fuel / Oxidant Hydrogen / Oxygen Optimal working conditions for achieving nominal output. 99.99% (or more) purity of H
2 and O
2 , 100% humidity of gases

***

* It is strongly recommended to keep the loaded voltage higher than 0.5V on each cell. ** O 2 pressure must always be 0.1-0.4 bar higher than H 2 pressure, and the flow rate of O 2 must be greater than 100 ml/min. *** Operation at lower temperatures, lower humidity of gases or with air instead of oxygen is also possible, although with loss of performance.
