Much more than a floor EASYTILE® antistatic (AS) and electro static discharge (ESD) are 2 industrial floorings intended for the safety of users and equipments against electro-static discharges. Free laying, no gluing. EASYTILE® AS and EASYTILE® ESD belong to the TRAFICLINE® range, loosely laid PVC floor tile USES EASYTILE® AS and ESD prevent the risks caused by static electricity : risk of explosion, settling of surrounding dust, physiological problems, damage to electronic components… They are specially recommended for the floors of :
computer rooms
telephone exchanges
workshops equipped with digitally operated devices
EPA (Electro Protected Area)… in automotive or electronic industry… ADVANTAGES
Very easy to operate EASYTILE® AS EASYTILE® ESD  No specific floor preparation before the laying of EASYTILE® AS  Its antistatic characteristic, measured by the transverse electrical resistance of the compound, does not require the installation of a conductive system connected to earth  Installation of a copper tape connected to earth every 40 sqm according to the recommendations of the UDIREV (union of floor and wall coverings)
The properties and finish of standard TRAFICLINE® STG EASYTILE® AS and EASYTILE® ESD possess all the qualities of simplicity, durability and aesthetics of standard TRAFICLINE® STG (cf. technical data of TRAFICLINE®)
Combinable with the TRAFICLINE® range EASYTILE® AS EASYTILE® ESD  EASYTILE® AS can be combined with standard TRAFICLINE®, without any visual difference.  EASYTILE® AS and TRAFICLINE® can be laid together according to the nature of the risk on the areas  A specific logo enables to identify the EPA zone : compulsory marking minimum all the 2,5 m² (10 tiles)
