Foam Water water/foam Solution Suction tube Discharge manifold RTP system to induce water / foam mixture Foam Master RTP World Series Pump Foam Master RTP 3% 3% Foam concentrate in, controlled by ball valves The Foam Master RTP Foam ProportioningSystem provides a water / foam solution atguaranteed foam percentages –independent of the water flow rate.Designed to work with the World Seriesrange of vehicle mounted pumps, the FoamMaster RTP will provide 3% or 6% Class Bfoam content in water flows and willmaintain these percentages as the waterflow varies. The system is suitable for allcommercially available protein fluorocarbonand aqueous film forming compounds. The system is based on the field-provenround–the-pump foam system (RTP).Water is diverted from the pump body backto the suction tube, this action induces aconstant percentage of foam concentrateinto the water flow. The system maintainsthe correct foam percentage independent ofthe water flow rate. The resulting water /foam solution is discharged through thenormal delivery manifold. Foam Master RTP(3) Foam Master RTP RTP proportional foam system The system is designed to operate withwaterflow rates of 200 to 3000 litres per minute. The Foam Master RTP system can be suppliedfrom an internal foam tank or an external foamcontainer. The required foam content – 3% or 6% Class B-is selected by opening a ball valve in thefoam concentrate supply line. The 6% level isachieved by opening the two 3% foamconcentrate valves. The Foam Master RTP system parameters are+/-20% between 200 to 400 litres per minutewater flow rate and +/-10% for flows greaterthan 400 litres per minute and up to 3000 litresper minute water flow rate. ..
