The tray forming machine B4CC is dedicated to the production of paperboard trays, with customized geometry and dimensions.
The tray forming machine B4CC works from precut paperboard blanks stored into a magazine. A single operation allows the folding and the gluing of the blanks to form a tray, which is then evacuated to the pilling unit.
All our products can be made from a direct food-contact paperboard and be taken from the freezer (-18°C) to the oven (+220°C) or microwave (+80°C).  Number of cycles : from 40 to 60 trays / min  Required ground surface : 6 m²  Process : folding and gluing of the blank by :
cold or hot glue (HOT MELT)
