Glebar Profiler Gauging System Fast, Accurate, Automatic Measuring System The Profiler rapidly characterizes the diameter and length profile of virtually any section of wire. Templates containing multiple features can be defined, offering the user a rapid, Go/No-go test on a scanned wire. Out of spec features are displayed clearly. Using a high speed laser gauge and high performance data acquisition software, the system can capture and plot points to within 0.001”. This insures that flaws in the product are not missed. zooming into specific areas of the plot enables the user to more accurately measure points of interest. This method of measurement rapidly improves productivity and process control.
