Nevi Bently Nevada 3300 XL .300 RADIATION RESISTANT SENSOR GE Energy New Radiation Resistant Sensors Offer Customers Two Great Choices for Better Machinery Health and Lasting Protection For 50 years, no product line has been as synonymous with sensor systems for machinery condition monitoring as GE’s Bently Nevada™. That reputation has been built on a tradition of great technology coupled with the finest customer support. Our new radiation resistant 3300 XL Series Proximity Systems combine this tradition of best technology and product support into sensor systems specifically designed for the harsh environments that exist at nuclear power plants for longer life and better performance from the sensors bringing valuable machine information to your plant’s monitoring systems. Product Application Both sensor systems are designed for machinery measurements in Pressurized Water and Boiling Water Reactor (PWR and BWR) environments for machinery monitoring on pumps, motors and other rotating machinery in these type nuclear radiation environments. The two 3300 XL Series proximity systems are designed for XY radial and axial vibration measurements and are used in conjunction with existing nuclear-rated cables and proximity probes. These measurements are crucial for identifying changes in bearing condition, rotor unbalance and misalignment.
