Standard Stepless SCR System

APPLICATIONSSTANDARD FEATURES OTHER OPTIONS Designed to fulfill the control requirements of most process heating applications where rugged reliable service with additional SCR backup protection is desired.

Heavy gauge gasketed enclosure finished in grey acrylic resin with integral "Dead Front" switch, "Off- On" selector switch, "Power-On" pilot light, illuminated reset button, and digital indicating electronic temperature controller. Internally mounted components include circuit breaker with mechanism, control transformer with fused primary lines and fused/grounded secondary lines, "Zero Fire" type SCR assembly with external cooling, two leg SCR control, three pole safety magnetic contactor(s), electronic over-temperature controller, fuses, and terminal strips.Gasketed enclosure suitable for most indoor industrial applications. Enclosure is finished with factory applied and baked acrylic resin.Gasketed enclosure with stainless steel hardware suitable for most outdoor non-hazardous industrial applications. Enclosure is finished with factory applied and baked acrylic resin.Aluminum Cast and machined enclosure rated for Hazardous Locations - Class 1, Group D, Div. 1 and 2.
