The TS machines are planned for those applications involving all the current sealable materials. The TS allow a 8 mm seal on ALUMINIUM/PE, PAPER/PE, MEDICAL GRADE PAPER, POLYETHYLENE. User friendly and easy maintenance are the main features of these units, suitable for closing big and thick sacks. Thanks to its manufacturing specifications it can work in heavy working environments. Le TS garantiscono una saldatura da 8 mm di altezza su sacchi in ALLUMINIO/PE, CARTA/PE, ACCOPPIATI PER USO MEDICALE, POLIETILENE. TS/ST Testa saldante indipendente. Può essere appoggiata sopra un piano di lavoro o installata, in qualsiasi posizione, in una linea d’insaccamento.
TS/S50 Supporto autonomo carrellato. Regolazione della posizione delle barre saldanti da 830 mm a 1280 mm dal pavimento. Adatta per sacchi di grandi dimensioni.
TS G-VAC3 VERSIONE CON ASPIRAZIONE ARIA Le macchine della serie TS sono fornite anche complete di un sistema di aspirazione che permette l’estrazione dell’aria dal sacco prima della saldatura. Equipaggiato con una pompa di tipo Venturi, il modello G-VAC3 consente di ottenere, in relazione al prodotto confezionato, un grado di vuoto fino al 80%. La TS G-VAC3 può essere disponibile anche con sistema di immissione di GAS.
GRUPPO TS G Gruppo saldante autonomo, utilizzato per la realizzazione di macchine speciali o come elemento saldate all’interno di linee d’insaccamento automatiche. Il gruppo TS G viene fornito completo di una cassetta di alimentazione equipaggiata con i sistemi di controllo della saldatura, più una coppia di barre a scelta fra le seguenti misure: 250x8 mm – 550x8 mm – 720x8 mm – 900x8 mm – 400x4 mm – 600x4 mm – 750x4 mm – 900x4 mm – 1050x4 mm TS G TSsealers are available in the following versions:
TS/ST Independent sealing unit. It can be placed on a working table or installed, in any position, alongside a packaging line.
TS/S50 Independent stand with wheels. Adjustment of the sealing jaws from 830 mm to 1280 mm from the floor. Suitable for heavy duty sacks.
TS G-VAC3 VERSION WITH AIR SUCTION SYSTEM The TS machines can be supplied also complete with a suction system, which allows to suck out the exceed air from the sack before the seal. Equipped with a Venturi pump, the G- VAC 3 model allows to obtain, according to the kind of product, a vacuum up to 80%. The TS G-VAC3 can also be available with a gas flushing system.
TS G GROUP Independent sealing group, it is employed on special machines or as sealing element alongside automatic packaging lines.
