There are three types of transferring devices: �¡ two movements transferring device (lifting and longitudinal transferring) which is normally used to pick up the piece from the booth �¡ three movements transferring device (platform lifting, rotation, go-back placement) for the piece picking up and unloading �¡ 4 axes shuttle (the same of the three transferring device plus a longitudinal movement) in order to reach the slaves far from the nearest ones. �¡ the movements combination on 3 or 4 axes and the loading capacity allow transferring of every kind of piece up to maximum values of 2m as regards overall dimensions and weight equal to 90 kg �¡ the tree movements transferring device works on an area of 140x140 cm, the shuttle can work on wide areas with a lenght of 20 cm for the 4° axis �¡ excursion on axes and movements combination can be programmed �¡ the whole device can be easily placed in other working zones in case of changes of the department layout �¡ picking-up, unloading and handling operations are managed and controlled by a proper software �¡ handlings are managed by motoreducers complete with inverter �¡ movements are controlled by an encoder �¡ aluminium shapes structure �¡ rack and steel pinion structure for the movement on the 4th axis �¡ low friction and high precision slide-ways �¡ lifting pneumatic device complete with electrovalve and positioning stroke-end �¡ each movement is managed by feedback control systems Flexibility Reliability Precision TRANSFERRING DEVICES • Pieces handling
