The Terra Shallow Blocker has been successfully impact tested in accordance with the BSi PAS 68 standard after being ïnstalled for just 52 hours, to the amazement of the Securîty Consultants and Civil Engineers présent. The Terra Shallow Blocker is now on the CPNI's list. BSi PAS 68 Impact Tested 400mm foundation depths required Fuily functional after impact The test was conducted to prove the arresting capability of the Frontier Pitts Terra Shallow Blocker when impacted with a 7500kg test vehicle at a speed of 50mph (80kph). In accordance with BSi PAS 68 a lorry was used to act as the test vehicle. After the impact the Terra Shallow Blocker remained fully functional and the operating mechanism continued to raise and lower, without the need for repair.
