The Terra Automatic Rising Arm Barrier, was successfully impact tested in accordance with the B ritish Pu bl ici y Available Spécification BSi PAS 68. The test was conducted to prove the arresting capability of the Terra Hydraulic Barrier with a boom length of 4500mm, when impacted with a 7500kg test vehicle at a speed of 65km/hour (40mph). In accordance with BSi PAS 68 a lorry was used to act as the test vehicle. Installation of the Terra Hydraulic Barrier îs in line with BSi PAS 69. The Terra Automatic Rising Arm Barrier has been successfully impact tested in accordance with BSi PAS 68 The hydraulically operated Terra Barrier îs available with a boom length up to 5000mm. There are 2 heavy duty reinforced end rests positioned at either end of the robust rising arm barrier beam. In the lowered position the beam can be securely locked using a powered magnetic lock. Key features of the Terra Hydraulic Barrier include a range of operating speeds and secure locking. For an added visual déterrent, lower folding skirts can be mounted to the Terra Barrier beam. Other standard barrier accessories such as boom lights and signage are also available.
