Strapping qualities: Polypropylene (PP) and Polyester (PET) Stapping dimensions: widths thicknesses 13.0 – 32.0 mm / 1/2 – 1 1/4” 0.38 – 1.27 mm / .015 - .050” Tools recommended: P324, P325, P350, P355, P356 Feeding units: E101 pneumatically operated E201 electrically operated, with an automatic strap retracting system for automatic re-feeding Dispensers: KB2 standard KB3 with magneto-electric brake and strap accumulator Longitudinal displacements: stationary without sword stationary (EFP1XX) stationary with sword stationary (EFP2XX) moveable without sword movement on rail or on portal frame (EFP4XX) moveable with sword movement on rail or on portal frame (EFP5XX) Advantages Strap feeding systems reduce the total strapping time substantially compared to manual feeding methods Very often labour work can be saved The rugged feeding systems have been designed for continuous and shift operations demanding a high working reliability Easy handling allows comfortable operation A very wide variety of different feeding systems in any dimensions are available Customer friendly control system; keyboard and display show all information and messages in the language required by the customer Every feeding system is built for the requirement of the customer Supplied with a suspension device with a running wagon and the balancer for the strapping tool
