32.021/1 EGP 100: Transducer for differential pressure How energy efficiency is improved Enables the accurate measurement of duct pressures or air volumes in order to optimise the consump-tion of energy in ventilation systems. Areas of application For measuring low differential pressures and air flows in air-conditioning, medicinal and environmental applications and in laboratories and clean rooms. Optimised for applications such as: the monitoring of filters, room or duct pressure and fluid levels; the activation of frequency converters for fan control; and the measurement of air volumes, especially for room air balancing in laboratories. EGP 100 32.021/3 Sauter Components Sensor technology The sensing element is a static double-diaphragm sensor manufactured using printed circuit board technology. Because of its symmetrical structure with two independent detectors, the sensor can be mounted and used in any position. The differential pressure is evaluated using a differential, capaci-tive measuring method. The clever design guarantees a high level of measuring accuracy at differ-ential pressures of < 1 Pa.
