All processes involving liquid dispersions (suspensions, emulsions and foams) can be monitored through the light transmission (for clear products) and backscattering (for turbid to opaque products), and quantified through the ë or ë* measurement. TurbiScan On Line can convert ë or ë* measurements into concentration (Ö) or diameter (d). From a simple display of the intensity changes on the indicator to a precise study of the physical changes with the software, the TurbiScan On Line is the perfect tool to optimise, develop and control a process.
