Powerful and highly precise: Föhrenbach’s direct driven rotary desk RT3A 150x100 a unit, predestinated for all laser applications

â–  The rotary table RT3A 150 x 100 combines highest accuracy with ideal driving torque rate in a very robust package â–  The large fitting hole and vertical and horizontal installation possibility for flexible utilization Löffingen-Unadingen, June 12, 2007 – The company Föhrenbach GmbH, one of the important developers and producers in the automation and handling technology for the precision machinery industry, introduces at the trade show LASER 2007 in Munich the power and flexible application possibilities of the rotary table RT3A 150 x 100 . The long-time field-tested and market-proved mechanical component features very high rigidity, highest precision and an ideal driving torque rate. Basis for the long-lasting rotary table is the robust construction with the black anodized special cast aluminium housing and the rotary disk made of steel. Because of its technical specification the rotary table is specially predestinated for laser applications but also for all high-precised handling or processing applications. The direct driven rotary table RT3A 150 x 100 runs on a prestressed roller bearing and features an axial run-out accuracy of 2,5 m and a repeat accuracy of 2”. With a max. r.p.m. of 1100 1/min (optional with 2400 1/min) and a positioning accuracy of 6” the RT3A is a very powerful and at the same time highly precised positioning component. The specifications of the torque motor are the basis for the powerful unit: With a maximum torque (1s) of 12 Nm (nominal torque 4 Nm) the 3-phases synchronous motor manufacturers has been constructed for high r.p.m. and drive power.
