HOTMELT MELTERS WITH GEAR PUMP is synonymous with Efficiency The Micron PUR gear pump series is a range of melters specially designed for melting and pumping PUR/POR crosslinking adhesives. They come in 5 l sizes for 2 kg blocks (MICRON PUR LC) and 35 l sizes for 20 kg blocks (MICRON PUR MC). The melters are based on “Micron Technology” and share a common goal: reducing electrical energy consumption to a minimum. SIMPLE ELECTRONIC CONTROL Its intuitive control panel makes controlling the equipment an easy and simple task, facilitating the day-to-day work of the operator. The control panel includes functions such as standby (dropping temperatures to a programmed value, lower than the working temperature) or full equipment shutdown to facilitate the care of crosslinking adhesives.
