adjustable coating head Flexible and accurate bandwidth control Continuous coating head with manual bandwidth control. It consists of two independent sheets, which extend from the center to the ends, and activated using levers located in the same side (operator’s side). The displacement of each sheet is measured in mm, using 4 digit meters. An independently warmed hydraulic valve is attached to the head, with pneumatic activation. GLUING SOLUTIONS As optional item, a pneumatically activated zoom in, zoom out retractable system is provided that allows the operator to remove the substrate from the coating lip when the machine stops. Due to its design characteristics, it allows operational flexibility, making it possible to work in the center of the machine or on the paper edge, laminate over horizontal or vertical substrate, independently of the direction that the substrate advances with regards to the coating lip. - Standard version: 20 to 350 mm - Configurable version: According to the attached formulas. Maximum width 630mm - Special version: Consult in case of maximum widths over 630 mm. Determining the regulation margin with the configurable version. Upon request, different margins that use the same head body may be designed for regulation widths that are other than the standard. Once the maximum width is known, the corresponding minimum width can be determined, and, vice versa, once the minimum width is known, the associated maximum width can be determined. Width (mm) - 680 2 Special version In the case of regulation widths greater than the maximum limit of 630 mm, the factory should be consulted, providing information about the minimum and maximum widths, as well as the characteristics of the installation (type of machine, space available, adhesive, fusion equipment used, etc.).
