For mixing of low viscouse fluids the CSE-X/2 mi- xer type «T» is used. Characteristic is the constant length in different mixer concepts. The standard measurements are shown in Fig 1. Fig. 1: Fluitec Mixer CSE-X/2 Type «T»

The Fluitec Industrial mixers CSE-X/2 and CSE-X/4 are manufactured according to DIN2632 in standard si-zes of DN15 to DN300. They are used for very aggressive media in the chemical industry. Type«T» is especially suitable to mix highly viscouse liquids.

Fields of application of the PTFE-mixer The multitude of special solutions of the CSE-X/2 mixer enables a large field of application. PTFE- mixers are used for the following applications: - to mix aggressive fluids - to dissolve aggressive gases (FSB-reactor) - for pH-neutralisation - to control reactions - as residence time reactor Description: DN Da L 1. Intermediate flange plate of PTFEStandard - Material:- Housing R-St. 37-2 primed - Lining PTFE ASTM D 4894-89/-a - The temperature of 150°C should only be exceeded in accodance with the manufacturer.
