Simple to Service and Easy to Schedule A key requirement for the effective and safe evacuation of corrosive media is the prevention of condensation in the pump. This requires the gas temperature to be maintained above its dew-point. Conversely, many gases polymerise or ’crack’ at elevated temperatures. This can lead to deposition inside the pump, which seriously compromises pump performance.
