The conveyor can replace belt conveyors in many applications. The X45e includes 24V motors with embedded controls that can significantly reduce the total lead time from system design till ramp-up of the line. Examples of application areas All types of small products down to 10 mm diameter. Pharmaceutical bottles and perfume bottles. Puck handling of products like test tubes for blood and urine, small bottles, cosmetics. Module concept The X45 offer includes a range of conveyor modules both for handling products directly on chain and handling of X45 standard pucks. Puck handling A standard X45 puck is available. A range of conveyor modules for puck handling can be ordered. Functions such as Diverters, Merger, Stop or Locating station can be integrated in the conveyor module.
