| how to select the proper hook size 1. Measure the belt thickness and pulley diameter. 2. Determine the possible options that could be used, based on the chart on page 6. 3. Selectthe proper hook from the specification chart. 4. If hook specifications overlap into more than one size, selectthe fastener which best meets your needs. NOTE: If maximum strength is of primary importance, choose the hook with the largest diameter wire. If low profile is needed selectthe hook with the smallest diameter wire. 5.
