FMod-iPAXESCTRL 3Axes Ethernet Control Board O0O00^co

With this board, an operator is able to manually control 3 motors (axes) for a positioning system. Each motor is driven with an FMod-IPDCMOT48/I.5 motion control board (available from FiveCo). Thanks to the Ethernet the installation costs and time are highly reduced, and the distance between the remote contro (IPAXESCTRL) andthe motors can range from some centimeters up to several kilometers.

Each motor is connected to an IPDCMOT motion control board, and these 3 cards are remotely controlled from an unique IPAXESCTRL board. The positions of the axes are displayed on a LCD, while the new position goals can be sent moving a XY trackball or pressing buttons on a small keyboard.

Man-Machine Interface (MMI):

TRACKBALL : 2 independent axes (quadrature signals).

The user can use this device to manage 2 axes (X &Y) independently and at the same time.

KEYBOARD : I to 16 keys matrix keypad (2x4 or 4x4).

Each key of the keyboard can be configured for a specific function. (Axis+/-, Zoom, Activate, Go/Save position, Stop/Free axes,...)

LCD : 4 lines x 20 characters as display.

LED : (4x) to display MODE and STATUS of the board.

3 sets of configuration (modes) are fully definable.
