The ASV spray valve from Fishman eliminates masking of circuit board components by producing a concentrated atomized spray pattern ranging from 0.25 inches to over 2 inches in width. This atomized process results in transfer efficiencies in excess of 99%, significantly improving material utilization over manual applications.

The ASV has many integrated features including:

■ Compatible with all commercially available conformal coatings

Please specify either flat fan (ASV1) or round (ASV2) spray cap. The ASV can be retrofitted to any existing system or can be purchased for manual spray applications.
