Fischbein's new Empress Series is designed to deliver long-range, smooth performance with low vibration. Featuring variable speed and a compact design, Model 100 Standard Sew and Model 101 Tape Sewing Heads are the latest innovations in trouble-free bag-sewing tech­nology. With an easily adjustable sewing speed from 25 to 80 feet, the Empress Series is per­fect for sewing every type of open-mouth bag including paper, woven polypropylene and jute.

Built with Fischbein® craftsmanship, the Model 100 and Model 101 Sewing Heads are constructed with heavy-duty metal compo­nents for unmatched durability you can rely on for years to come. Even in the most demanding working environments, Fischbein's patented, pressurized, self-lubricating system protects moving parts and ensures maximum productivity with low maintenance.

Both the Model 100 and 101 Sewing Heads are easily adaptable to your existing equipment. They can be used with either standard two-thread stitch or single-thread stitch, and stitch width is adjustable from 2 to 4 stitches per inch. A wide variety of accessories are available including various mounting pedestals, power infeed systems, a full range of conveyors, bag-top folders, thread and tape break detec­tors, bag coders and photoelectric controls for system integration.
