Polar Bear is an efficient and reliable unit air cooler for commercial and industrial refrigeration. Therange includes models with copper tubes (CA) for refrigerants and liquids, which do not corrode copper, and models with stainless steel tubes (SA) for NH
3 and conditions requiring special corrosionprotection. Features Technical data 12 sizes with nominal capacities from3.30...117 kW (R404A, SC2, EN 328) The heat transfer section is made of aluminiumfins and copper tubes (CA) or stainless steel tubes (SA). Fin spacing is 5mm, 8mm or 12mm. Drip tray is completely insulated. In sizes 1 to 6 defrost is carried out with a reliable low-temperature defrost foil. In sizes 7 to 12 it is carried out with defrost rods.Standard models have stucco-finished aluminiumas casing material and ceiling mounting. Tube connection is on the right, seen from the coil side. Special materials or surface coating of coil block or fins for demanding corrosion conditions are possible in special models. Wall mounting brackets and rectangular flange on coil side for air duct (fan specification to be checked due to external pressure loss caused by the duct) are available as an option.A manual including installation and serviceinstructions is shipped with each unit.
