AUTOMATIC UNSCRAMBLER - Model UNC Electrically Operated Rotary Container Unscrambler
Features/Specifications:
• Designed to feed round, square and rectangular, plastic, glass or metal containers onto conveyors.
• Speeds to 150 containers per minute, depending on container size, shape and stability.
• Guide Rail Oscillator prevents jamming. Insures smooth, continuous flow of containers onto conveyor belt.
• Loading platform enables operator to position entire carton of upright containers onto the loading platform.
• Available with 30, 36 or 48" diameter discs.
• Stainless steel disc supported by 1/2" aluminum back-up disc.
• For use with stable or pucked containers.
• Optional counter-rotating bottle aligner for feeding square, oval and rectangular containers.
• Powered by a 1/4 hp variable speed drive.
• Optional drive designed for use in hazardous atmospheres*.
• Frame is welded and polished stainless steel.
• Equipped with built-in screw jacks for easy leveling.
• Can be integrated with FILAMATIC® liquid fillers, cappers, pluggers, monobloc machines and other FILAMATIC® equipment to provide you with a complete packaging line from a single source.
• The entire machine, as assembled is not certified or warranted to operate in a Class-1, Division-1, Group-D atmosphere by National Instrument, LLC.
If desired, National Instrument, LLC will seek, at Customer's expense, third party certification that the entire machine, as assembled is rated for use in a Class-1, Division-1, Group-D atmosphere.
