Gas Delivery Modules available with or without automatic, fail safe purge system Ethernet Interface for simple configuration and expansion! The output from multiple Gas Delivery Modules may be combined to provide dynamically controlled gas flowrates and compositions including Stoichiometric Control. System Wide Control of all Fideris™ Test System Components using FCPower ™ Software Pressure regulator on the inlet gas line to provide the highest degree of flow accuracy Check valves to prevent backflow into source lines Integrated hardwired emergency stop Power Over Ethernet (PoE) for redundant power

Gas Delivery Module available with Dual mass flow controllers for either increased Range Control or Fluid Blending in one module! Hot Swap-Ability! When the system is running, it has the capability of swapping a redundant module (if so equipped) for the primary module.
